# Technical support and project access

Ask a question or report an issue to technical support. Write in Telegram (preferred) or in the online chat.

If you need a consultation on a specific project, write the email you used to register on the platform and the address of the project in question. The project address can be copied by going to the "Links" tab.

Click "Open" if you want the technical support specialist to be able to enter the editor and work with your project. Save the project and close the editor while technical support is working on your project.

Be sure to describe the problem. Provide your email and the project address.
